Dear SAOs, PP HoDs, Working Groups, Observer HoDs and delegates to the Scientific Cooperation Task Force (SCTF),

 

Please find attached a document containing practical information for the upcoming SCTF meeting in Reykjavik, Iceland. Those of you who participated the last time the SCTF met in Iceland, will note that the meeting will be held at the same place; The Hilton Reykjavik Hotel.

 

For your information: it might be currently difficult to access the documents from previous SCTF meetings uploaded to our website. This is a temporary problem due to a transition from one server to another. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

 

We would also like to take the opportunity to kindly remind those of you who plan to submit, but have not done so already, the definition of your states` southern limit of the Agreement before the next meeting in Iceland.
